Rolex Oyster Perpetual Bubble Back

The Rolex 'Bubble Back' is among some of the earliest automatic wristwatches. Developed in 1933, the Bubble Back's ran for a little over two decades, became some of Rolex's more desired vintage pieces. Nowadays the fire has burned out a little bit, and the Bubble Backs no longer fetch Daytona prices and are attainable to anyone looking for a historic Rolex that won't break the bank.

This particular example is towards the end of the run, from 1954. It features a rare engine turned pink gold bezel and stainless steel case. Overall, this is a well preserved example free from any major damage or defects.
